BEHIND THE BRAND
Shelby Tierney
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, I grew up with a mom whose creativity seemed endless. Whether she was making something by hand or dreaming up a new project, her passion for creating inspired me from a young age.
What started as making bag charms and necklaces for friends quickly grew into something much bigger. With lots of encouragement from family and friends, I opened my Etsy shop in 2025 and turned a creative hobby into Shel Beads.
Today, I live in California, where I handcraft every piece with care while balancing a full-time career. Although Shel Beads began as a passion project, it has quickly become so much more. My dream is to build a business that allows me to create for a living while designing meaningful, timeless jewelry that people can wear every day. I also hope my journey encourages others to pursue the ideas they're passionate about and create a career they truly love.
