Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns however, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Free of damage or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

To start an exchange, please email shelby@shelbeads.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Items sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or shipped.

Because each piece is handmade to order or prepared shortly after purchase, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after this window.

Our Promise
We stand behind the quality of every Shel Beads piece. If your jewelry experiences a craftsmanship issue within 30 days of delivery, please reach out and we'll repair or replace it whenever possible.
