Processing Time

 

Each Shel Beads piece is handmade to order or prepared shortly after purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or sales.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

We offer free shipping on domestic (U.S.) orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Shel Beads is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
